We are Andrea & Dante, a couple with a shared passion for tea and a mission to bring the joy of tea exploration to fellow tea enthusiasts.
As a self-proclaimed tea aficionado, Andrea always found herself drawn to the vast and exciting world of tea flavors. She loves tasting new blends and discovering new favorite teas.
However, she was often hestitant to purchase full-sized packags of unfamiliar teas due to the risk of buyer's remorse. It was frustrating for her to spend a signficiant amount of money on a tea that might not suit her taste.
Dante, on the other hand, preferred to stick to his tried-and-true favorites, enjoying the comfort and familiarity of well-known flavors. While he wasn't as adventurous as Andrea when it came to tea tasting, he wholeheartedly supported her passion and shared her love for the overall tea experience.
Andrea explored various tea box subscriptions, hoping to find a solution that would allow her to sample a variety of teas without buyer's remorse. However, none of the existing options seemed to align perfectly with her needs and preferences. She envisioned a subscription that would offer a curated selection of unique teas in smaller quantities, providing a more affordable and risk-free way to expand her tea horizons.
Inspired by a line from her favorite movie, Mumford - "find a need and fill it" - Andrea decided to create her own tea box subsription company. Thus, My New Favorite Tea was born, emobdying her desire to make tea exploration accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
